Dette kursus er designet til it-professionelle, der deltager i evaluering, planlægning, implementering og drift af Office 365 tjenester, herunder Office 365's afhængigheder, krav og understøttende teknologier. På kurset lærer du at arbejde med Office 365 og alle tilhørende services. Kurset giver dig de færdigheder, du skal bruge, for at kunne administrere og vedligeholde en Office 365 løsning. Der gennemgås helt fra bunden de elementer, der skal fokuseres på i forbindelse med opstarten af en Office 365 løsning. Hvordan håndterer man brugere, enten i en cloud-only løsning eller via en hybrid løsning, med brugere synkroniseret fra ens AD. Håndtering af virksomhedens mail, filer i Onedrive eller Sharepoint. Til en gennemgang af samarbejdsværktøjet Teams. Der kigges desuden på basal problemløsning og support muligheder i Office 365. After completing this course, students will be able to:

• This module reviews the features of Office 365 and identifies recent improvements to the service, and describes the process of provisioning an Office 365 tenant.
