Få overblik over din organisations eksisterende rammeværktøjer. VeriSM™ er en Service Management tilgang, der understøtter virksomhedens digitalisering. Med VeriSM bliver organisationen hjulpet til at arbejde fleksibelt, fokusere på forretningsværdi og forstå de mange progressive metoder, der er til rådighed.
Du lærer at bygge videre på den struktur, de processer og den viden, organisationen allerede har og får dem til at spille sammen. Uanset om det drejer sig om DevOps, Agile, SCRUM, ITIL®, IT4IT, ISO2000 og alle de andre kendte rammeværker og best practices. Kurset er incl. eksamen, som ligger på dag 3.

VeriSM™ Foundation


Examination type : Computer-based multiple-choice questions
Number of questions : 40
Pass mark : 65% (26 out of 40)
Open book/notes : No
Electronic equipment/aides permitted : No
Time allotted for examination : 60 minutes, you get 15 extra minutes for Non-native English speaker



By passing the exam, Exin issues a certificate in “EXIN VeriSM TM Foundation.


You can achieve VeriSM™- Foundation certification in three ways:

    You can participate in the VeriSM™- Foundation 3-day course and when exam is passed you will receive the VeriSM™ Foundation certificate.
    Students who already have an (IT) Service Management certificate can benefit from the knowledge they already have. They are the audience for a VeriSM™ Plus training only. When they pass the VeriSM™ Plus exam they receive the VeriSM™ Foundation certificate.
    You can decide to participate in the VeriSM™ Essentials training only. Students who pass the VeriSM™ Essentials exam, receive the VeriSM™ Essentials certificate. If you pass the VeriSM™ Plus exam later, you will automatically receive the VeriSM™ Foundation certificate.
Instruktør
Reni has got more than 20 years experience in the IT-industry, and through several years working in different organisations she has build up a solid knowledge of the concrete approaches VeriSM merges together and also a fundamental knowledge of digitization.

She is a member of Lean IT ass Content Board and have contributed among other things as an author for both VeriSM Foundation and Practioner.She is teaching with a lot of examples and consise imput.
