Kurset henvender sig især til Desktop Support-teknikere, der yder support til brugere af Windows 10-PCer og -enheder i et Windows-miljø i en mellemstor-til-stor virksomhed. Support-områderne spænder bl.a. over enheder, cloud services, applikationer, networking og hardware. Ansvarsområderne omfatter bl.a. løsning af tekniske problemer ifm. Windows 10-installation og -migration, aktivering, ydelse, profiler, indstillinger, synkronisering af enheder, autentifikation, sikkerhed, data recovery samt adgang til netværk, applikationer, data og printere. Kurset henvender sig også til:
