The structure of the Online Occupational Safety and Health Course
The Online OSH Course is structured as group sessions via Teams where you follow the same group throughout the entire course, allowing for networking, collaboration, and follow-up between sessions. There will be 1 hour of homework/self-study associated with each module.
Week 1
1-hour introduction
In the first module, you will be introduced to the structure of the course and technical tools. The introduction allows you to test your equipment (computer, speakers, microphone, and webcam) to ensure everything works seamlessly when the actual instruction begins. Here, an activity plan outlining the content of the course will also be created.
Week 2
1 day
Through a thorough introduction to the occupational safety and health organisation and occupational safety and health legislation, you will get to know your role and responsibilities, and we ...%%%

Week 3
1 day
We continue the in-depth introduction to the OSH organisation and legislation. We delve into your role and responsibilities, providing you with additional concrete tools for your work in the occupational safety and health organisation.
Week 4 + 5
Homework assignment
Weeks 4 and 5 are dedicated to completing a written homework assignment relevant to the occupational safety and health in your specific organisation. We will collectively address and discuss the written homework assignment in week 6 of the course.
Week 6
1 day
We delve into the psychological working environment, and you will become acquainted with safety culture and workplace injuries. Additionally, we take a look at your homework assignment and recap the entire course.
